Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", is a mindfulness practice that induces a state of deep relaxation. The facilitator will guide you through a body scan, breathing exercises, and visualization techniques.
All you have to do is show up, get cozy, and allow yourself to be guided into a state of deep rest.
Yoga Nidra can help relieve stress, improve sleep, and promote nervous system regulation.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. All other props are provided (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows).
